The warranty period is one year.
If your items have problems during the warranty period, please inform our services about it, please do not take it apart by yourself, then we will figure it out by offering you technical support, send you spare parts, resend or refund in your next order and so on. All of the solutions will be determined by reality.
Warranty does not cover any damage that has been caused by the customer and the following conditions:
I, The defective Goods must not have had its serial number removed, defaced or changed, its casing open, its power cord altered, nor have been tampered with in any other way and not caused by normal and tear or customer error;
II, Damage by user’s improper maintenance and storage not in accordance with equipment usage instructions
III, Failure and damage caused by force majeure like war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), invasion, act of foreign enemies; rebellion, terrorism, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, civil war; riot, commotion, disorder, strike, natural catastrophes such as earthquake, hurricane, typhoon or volcanic activity.
